Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy covers automate.appverticals.com and the AI automation services provided through it. It is written to be genuinely useful, but it is not legal advice — have it reviewed by a qualified professional for your jurisdiction.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AppVerticals (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you visit automate.appverticals.com, request a free AI automation audit, contact us, or work with us on AI agents and business automation. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the details you give us directly — your name, work email, phone number, company and the answers you provide in our automation audit (such as your industry, team size, the tools you use, where your team loses time, and your goals). We also collect limited technical data automatically, including device and browser type, approximate location, referring links and the pages you visit, to keep the site working and to improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and deliver your automation audit and roadmap, respond to enquiries, scope and provide our automation services, send you service updates, and — where you have opted in — share relevant product news. We use conservative, business-focused automation insights from your audit answers only to help you; we do not sell your personal information, ever.

Where your audit and lead data is stored

When you submit the audit or a contact form, your details and answers are stored securely in our Neon (PostgreSQL) database and synced to HubSpot, the CRM we use to manage and follow up on enquiries. New submissions also trigger an internal alert in Google Chat so a specialist can respond within one business day. Access to this data is scoped tightly to the people who need it, and it is used only to serve you.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to measure traffic and conversions, and Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session replays and heatmaps of how visitors interact with our pages so we can improve them. Clarity masks the text you type into forms. We also store the advertising click identifier and campaign parameters from the link you arrived through, so we can tell which campaigns bring us enquiries. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked to consent before we set analytics or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site functions.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, database, CRM, analytics and communication tools such as those named above — under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your data stays yours

When we build automations and AI agents for you, the data flowing through them, the workflows we create, and the outputs they produce belong to you. We access your systems only to the extent a given workflow needs, everything is logged, and you can export your data or switch anything off whenever you want. We do not use your business data to train third-party models.

Data security

We follow ISO 27001 practices and use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, scoped access controls and audit logging — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and to notify you of material incidents where required.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — such as following up on your audit or providing our services — or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner using the contact details below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with businesses worldwide, so we may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards to protect it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the law change. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will let you know directly.
