Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms cover automate.appverticals.com and the AI automation services provided through it. They are written to be genuinely useful, but they are not legal advice — have them reviewed by a qualified professional for your jurisdiction.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing automate.appverticals.com or using AppVerticals’ AI automation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

AppVerticals designs, builds, hosts, runs and maintains AI agents and business automations for you on a subscription basis. This typically begins with a free AI Automation Audit and roadmap, followed — if you choose to proceed — by building your highest-impact automation and expanding from there. Specific agents, integrations and deliverables depend on the plan and scope you agree with us.

The free audit

The AI Automation Audit is provided free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase anything. It is an assessment and a plan; estimates of hours or dollars saved are good-faith, conservative projections based on the information you give us, not guarantees of a specific result. You are free to act on your audit however you wish, including on your own.

Subscriptions and billing

Automation retainers are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, as shown when you sign up. Fees are charged in advance for each period and are non-refundable except where stated or required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods. Any additional scope beyond your plan will be agreed with you before work begins.

Cancellation and no lock-in

You can cancel your subscription at any time; your service and hosting continue through the end of the period you have paid for. We do not lock you in — there is no long-term contract required to keep your automations running, and on cancellation you can export your data and the configuration of your workflows within a reasonable window.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access to the tools and information an automation needs, for the accuracy of the data you supply, and for ensuring you have the rights and consents to connect the systems and data you ask us to work with. You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or disrupt our platform or that of any third party.

Ownership — you own your data and workflows

You retain ownership of your brand, content, business data, and the automations and workflows we build for you. AppVerticals retains ownership of its underlying tooling, methods, and any reusable components and templates it uses to deliver services across clients. Your data is never used to train third-party models, and it stays yours to export or delete.

Third-party tools and integrations

Our automations connect to third-party services you already use — such as CRMs, email, messaging, accounting, e-commerce and analytics platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or their acts and omissions.

Guardrails and human oversight

We build AI agents with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for anything high-stakes, and we monitor accuracy. However, AI systems can still make mistakes. Where you configure or approve automations that act without a human checkpoint, you accept responsibility for reviewing that they fit your requirements before they run against live customers or data.

Availability

We host and operate your automations and aim for high availability. Uptime commitments, where offered, are described in your plan or a separate service-level agreement. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, level of savings, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AppVerticals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
